Job Description
Celsius is more than just a functional drink – it’s a lifestyle. We are growing at an incredible pace and are now looking for a proactive and driven Customer Service Representative who wants to join us on our journey and provide our customers in the Nordics with a world-class experience.
Do you have a high dose of energy, love order and structure, and want to work with one of the strongest brands on the market? Then you are the one we are looking for!
As a Customer Service Representative at Celsius, you are our face to the outside world and the hub of our daily operational activities. You will belong to the Customer Operations team and report directly to our Finance Director. This means you will play an important role where you combine fantastic customer service with an understanding of the business and our financial flows.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong global brand in a fast-moving and successful organization where results are recognized. Here, you will be part of an ambitious team where we work hard but also have a lot of fun together. We give you the opportunity to grow in an international environment where your engagement makes a direct difference to our success.
The recruitment is conducted via Randstad. Questions? Contact Hanna Wide at [email protected] or Jeanette Walters at [email protected]. For employment at Celsius, a background check is required, and we use Verifier's tools for background checks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming orders as well as delivery inquiries and product requests from our Nordic customers via phone and email.
- Own the process from when the order comes in until it is ready for invoicing and ensure that everything is correctly registered in our systems.
- Work closely with the sales team as well as Supply Chain and finance to ensure our drinks reach the shelves on time.
- Maintain customer information and order templates and ensure that our customer data is always updated.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges before they become problems for the customer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG/grocery retail.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
- You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
- Knowledge of Finnish is an advantage and makes you extra relevant for the role.
- Experience with business systems (ERP) is a plus.
We are looking for a driven “doer” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gains genuine energy from service.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Are self-driven: You take your own initiatives and have a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Are a team player: You support the team but can also work carefully on your own.
- Are structured: You value order and clarity in the systems, even when the pace is high.
- Are stress-resistant: You can prioritize and stay calm when both phone and email are busy.
